The daily processing volume and the daily sales volume are both exceeding 100 metric tons.

Chub mackerel is a small mackerel (Pneumatophorus japonicus syn. Scomber japonicus) of the Atlantic and northeastern Pacific oceans that has a well-developed swim bladder. They are also called as hardhead or bullseye.
